As part of the new library project within the Penmorfa Council office in Aberaeron, Electrical Estimates worked with CRS Construction LTD to refurbish the main reception desk.

Electrical Estimates LTD undertake all sizes of commercial work. This storage container required lighting and power which we were able to deliver with high quality PVC conduit and commercial grade LED non-corrosive linear light fittings, installed to our usual high standards.

Aberystwyth university, Physics building, New Digital system laboratory. This medium sized refurbishment project transformed an aging classroom and store into a modern teaching space and laboratory; As main contractor J&E Woodworks managed several specialised sub-contractors, including Electrical Estimates who under took the electrical, power, lighting and data networking.

Working on behalf of the Ceredigion County council and Llandysul school, Electrical Estimates assisted in adapting classrooms into computer suites.

We have undertaken several classroom refurbishments on behalf of Aberystwyth University over the years.

In 2024 we carried out an upgrade to the lighting in Holy Trinity Church. Works involved replacing the existing lighting in the nave, the transept and above the high altar.

Phase 3 of the Vale of Rheidol’s regeneration project involved the refurbishment of the old carriage shed to create a multi-use and museum space.

We were happy to partner with E J Morgan & Sons on the refurbishment of a property in the town centre of Aberystwyth, consisting of a commercial unit on the ground floor and 2 flats upstairs.

In early 2024 we worked alongside Afan Construction and Rocklyn Engineering on the installation of an inflatable dome at Aberystwyth University sports centre which will house their state-of-the-art gym.

We worked under Wynne Construction on the extension of the existing SEN unit at Canolfan y Don and main reception block on the campus of Aberaeron secondary school.
