Vale of Rheidol Railway, Aberystwyth
A recent project finished for the Vale of Rheidol Railway in Aberystwyth – their new carriage shed. We were subcontractors to Afan Construction on this new build of a 130 x 11m carriage shed, and also worked alongside Solarfit and Aber Heating Engineers Ltd.
We installed motion controlled LED linear lights and decorative exterior lighting on the carriage shed, as well as suspended sockets, full 3 phase mains consumer unit including 200amp submain, 110v outlets, fire alarms, intruder alarms and assisted with the installation of a 50kw PV system. It was a pleasure to work alongside other local companies for the Vale of Rheidol Railway, and to see their operations expanding too.
