We were happy to partner with E J Morgan & Sons on the refurbishment of a property in the town centre of Aberystwyth, consisting of a commercial unit on the ground floor and 2 flats upstairs.
The works involved the rewire of all three units and the stairwell; including the installation of new lighting circuits, cooker circuits, tv points and telephone points as well as ventilation in the kitchens and bathrooms.
